Private Pay and Superbills
Why private pay?

No doctor referral required (unless insurance reimbursement is desired)

Ensures therapy can begin right away (no pre-authorization required resulting in little to no wait time to begin services)

Services are based on child/family’s needs (not dictated by insurance regulations)

Number of sessions is not determined by an outside organization (insurance company)

Collaboration with a client’s school-based Speech Language Pathologist, specialist/other professionals, and family members can easily occur.
What is a superbill?
A superbill is a detailed medical receipt that can be sent to your insurance provider. Parents/guardians may be able to receive reimbursement from their insurance, as we are considered an out-of-network provider, with the use of superbills. Superbills are provided once per month per request. Check with your insurance provider for eligibility. Medicaid does not accept superbills.
